About

The Zuma concept originated in London and their reputation reigns strong in the Landmark in Central. Spread out over two floors, Zuma elevates informal izakaya-style dishes to new heights through refined cooking techniques. Signature dishes include Miso Marinated Black Cod and Spicy Beef Tenderloin, along with Sushi and Sashimi options. Zuma is well known for a luxurious weekend brunch that includes a selection of seasonal dishes, main course and a free flow option for champagne.
