Verde Mar is an eccentric Mexican restaurant found on Tai Wong Street East in Wan Chai. Led by Mexican native and chef Eligio Escobedo, Verde Mar prides themselves on being able to offer authentic Mexican food that few others can in Hong Kong. While favourites such as Tacos, Enchiladas and Burritos are on the menu, less familiar dishes such as Shrimp Cocktail, Seven Sea Soup and Fish Chicharron are also prevalent.
