About

Veda, found on Arbuthnot Road in Central, is the first meat-free restaurant based in a hotel and is run by the Ovolo Hotel Group. The vegetarian menu relies on humble vegetables, but flavours and creativity need not be sacrificed. Smashed Falafel Salad, Stuffed Courgette and Truffled Polenta Bites are featured on the menu, while they also carry a number of Indian vegetarian dishes to reflect the heritage of the owners of Ovolo Hotel Group.
