The Mandarin Cake Shop in the Mandarin Oriental is a long-standing institution when it comes to fine cakes and pastries in Hong Kong. Traditional cakes such as the 1963 Cheesecake or Seasonal Fruit Tart are decadently created alongside fancier cakes such as the Vanilla Mille-Feuille or Opera Cake. Aside from cake, pastries and confectionery, The Mandarin Cake Shop is also well-known for their excellent Rose Petal Jam and X.O. Sauce.
