Chef Stephanie Kwong brings a unique marriage of French and Cantonese cuisine to Roots Eatery, located in a quaint neighbourhood of Wanchai. Inspired by memories of her grandmother's meals, the food at Roots Eatery is prepared with heart and soul, as well as creativity.
