Popinjays is a contemporary lifestyle restaurant and bar offering European gastronomy. Occupying the rooftop of the Murray in Central, Popinjays is helmed by Chef Alexandre who brings a produce-first philosophy to the menu. A fine dining experience at affordable prices, diners can expect Beef Tartare, Mushroom Risotto, Pan-seared Dover Sole and Angus Beef Striploin from the a la carte menu. While seasonal set menus can also be enjoyed featuring premium ingredients such as White Truffle.
