Named after the Southern seaside town of Pondicherry in India, Pondi serves their unique fusion at a quaint restaurant just off Third Street in Sai Ying Pun. The minimal menu is packed full of flavours that can be sampled in their Palak Paneer Dumplings, Hung Yoghurt Croquettes, Baked Aubergine and Roasted Lamb Rump.
