Odysseé offers contemporary French fine dining with a view to match from the top of ICC in Kowloon. Chef Aurelie Altemaire brings her interpretation of French cuisine to Hong Kong with a menu that focuses on presenting the best of the seasonal ingredients. Lunch menus change on a monthly basis and can be ordered as 2-, 3- or 4-course meals. For dinner, the Odysseé Experience tasting menu is the main event with a seasonal culinary journey that at times will include Caviar, Lobster, White Truffle, Bresse Pigeon and Sirloin Steak from Miyazaki.
