Little Bao is one of the successful ventures of chef May Chow, offering burger-style baos stuffed with Asian fillings. The location in Causeway Bay is much more spacious than the original one on Bridges Street, with its signature neon light logo on the wall and a pastel themed interior design. Signatures include green tea ice cream bao, pork belly bao and Impossible bao.
