Ichu Peru is a upscale Peruvian restaurant in Hong Kong, specialising in contemporary Peruvian fare with Japanese influence. In collaboration with Virgilio Martinez, whose restaurant in Lima is known worldwide, Ichu Peru is a laid-back establishment with wooden furnishings to strengthen its South American identity. Playing around with the traditional Peruvian cuisine and Japanese techniques, the restaurant offers refreshing seafood-oriented dishes designed for sharing. Other meat and vegetable options are also available. Signatures include ceviche pez limon, alitas con quinoa and arroz con carabineros.
