Foxglove is a sophisticated speakeasy in Central, offering luxurious Chinese delicacies and a selection of rare cognac and spirits. Hidden behind what looks like an umbrella shop, the venue is modelled on the great drinking dens of the 1950s, exuding comfort and sophistication. The menu is divided into cutely named categories, offering a fascinating selections of artisanal cocktails that are best paired with fine Cantonese cuisine. Signatures include steamed spotted garoupa fillet, braised abalone on diced chicken fried rice and pan-fried tiger prawn with rice wine & minced pork.
