Fast Gourmet is a French restaurant in Hong Kong, specialising in sous-vide prepped healthy offerings. The special cooking method helps retain the juice and flavour of the food, which is perfect for presenting true natural flavour of the food. Located in Sheung Wan, the restaurant aims at putting a smile on the face of its guests through its well-rounded Western dining experience.
