Etna, taking its name its volcanic namesake in Italy, brings fine Italian fare to Tin Hau with a menu inspired by the variety of Mediterranean ingredients that can be found around the volcano. Chef Rene Michelana offers his take on Italian classics with his own unique twist, in a setting that provides both indoor and al fresco dining. The Fritata includes Stuffed Crab, while the "Carbonara" incorporates Salted Duck Egg Yolk. A number of grilled meat and seafood options are available as mains, and the meal can be finished with Chef Rene's take on classic Cannolis and Tiramisu.
