Chino is a modern Mexican restaurant inspired by Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques. Owner and Executive Chef Erik Idos grew up in Los Angeles where the Mexican street food culture is strong, and later spent 8 years working at Nobu in various locations to develop his skills in Japanese cuisine. He brought together his two culinary passion to Chino, serving family style Mexican fare that is focused on fresh seasonal ingredients. Chino also offers a curated collection of tequila and drinks, ensuring guests a good time at the modern eatery. Signatures include fish ceviche, grilled shrimp tacos and eggplant katsu.
