Renowned pastry chef Gregoire Michaud, of Four Seasons Hong Kong fame, opens up his first independent bakery offering his signature Sourdough Bread and other decadent pastries. Everyday favourites include Crossaints, Pain Au Chocolat, Doughnuts and Cookies. As well as Bakehouse's famous Sourdough Egg Tarts. If baked goods aren't enough, the Wanchai-based cafe also carries a menu of brunch favourites and a whole section dedicated to Eggs.
