Associazione Chianti is an Italian steakhouse, specialising in grass fed Black Angus and other sharable dishes. The restaurant boasts a bold exterior and a red-dominated interior that is reminiscent to a neighbourhood trattoria in Italy. The meat-focused establishment also offers refreshing salads and a distinctive selection of wine, creating a name of its own in the tame corner of Wanchai. Signature includes pollo al burro (Butter Chicken) and bistecca alla fiorentina (Fiorentina Steak).
