From October 15 to December 5, 888 Fatfatfat will be popping up within Shanghai Garden in Exchange Square. A collaboration between veteran Chef Wong Hon-Keung and Peggy Chan of Grassroots Pantry, the concept was inspired by a Chinese myth where 8 immortals would come for ceremonial feast. Highlights from the condensed menu include Giant Razor Clams with Garlic & Vermicelli, Crispy Fried Chicken and even a vegetarian Peking 'Duck', where Cured Jackfruit and Crispy Tofu Sheets act as the meat substitute.
