New to this ever-growing family are restaurants Madame Ching and Chaiwala, which offer a modern take on Chinese dishes and Indian classics respectively.
Adding to their long list of accomplishments, Pirata Group have introduced a number of sustainability initiatives to reduce plastic waste – for example, 80 per cent of their restaurants have switched to using paper straws, while Madame Ching provides metal straws and MEATS has ditched straws altogether.
